ONDAS

The Sound Desk design was commissioned by Facundo Sasson, Argentine sound designer and founder of Mantra Sonido. This project was developed in close collaboration, with a strong focus on his specific workflow, monitors, and sound equipment.

Throughout the process, Facundo guided me into the world of sound design — from creating sound effects to composing for film — allowing me to fully understand the reasoning behind each technical and spatial decision. Immersing myself in his practice was essential to shaping a desk that responds directly to the rhythm and demands of his craft.

The overall form follows a subtle U-shape configuration, allowing for fluid movement, ergonomic reach, and balanced distribution of equipment. The structure embraces the user, creating an immersive workspace that supports both creativity and precision.

This is not just another desk; it is a desk with intention and purpose.
